Caught in the clear cool waters of the North Atlantic, these cooked and peeled coldwater prawns are carefully handled, graded and packed at source in a single process. These great tasting prawns offer great value coupled with outstanding consistent quality.

Ideal for every day cooked dishes as well as for sandwiches and wraps – the perfect choice for caterers and chefs alike. Defrost and serve. Do not refreeze once defrosted. Defrosted prawns must be refrigerated and consumed within 24 hours.

 

HOW TO USE

Prawn & Caesar Salad

Add white bread, cut into cubes. Cook until crisp. Transfer to a serving bowl. Add washed, dried lettuce and peeled cooked prawns and caesar salad dressing. Sprinkle with shaved parmesan to serve

Prawn &  Spaghetti

Cook dried spaghetti pasta in a saucepan of boiling water. Drain. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add finely chopped garlic cloves and cook until garlic is soft. Add the pasta and peeled cooked prawns. Cook until the prawns are heated through.  Serve.

Prawn Cocktail

Place shredded iceberg lettuce leaves on a plate. Top with coarsely chopped avocado, cucumber, tomato and peeled cooked prawns. Drizzle overbought seafood sauce.
