Battered Chicken Burger
Formed chicken meat in a crispy battered coating, fully cooked and individually quick frozen.
Preparation
For best results cook from frozen.
The following cooking instructions are guidelines only.
If thawed, reduce cooking times accordingly.
Always ensure that the product is piping hot and cooked throughout before serving.
Oven Bake: Preheat oven to 220ºC / 425ºF / Gas Mark 7. Remove the steaks from all packaging.
Place the steaks onto a baking tray in the centre of the oven and bake for 18-20 minutes.
Deep Fry: Preheat oil to 180ºC / 350ºF. Remove the steaks from all packaging. Gently lower and
fully immerse the steaks into the hot oil and fry for 4 – 5 minutes. Drain and serve.
