Cherry Bakewell Tart

We create a pastry tart base made with organic flour, slather a layer of tart red cherry sauce on it. spoon a generous quantity of most almond-flavoured sponge filling (entirely nut-free) over the jam and then bake t he whole tart until it’s golden.

The finishing touch? A light dusting of icing sugar
