Skinless, Boneless Cod Goujons coated in a Crispy Breadcrumb

PREPARATION

Cook From Frozen. Always ensure the product core reaches 72°C.

  • Deep Fry: Deep fry in hot oil at 180°C for approximately 3-4 minutes.
  • Oven Bake: Oven bake at 220°C /Gas Mark 7 for approximately 14 minutes. Cook thoroughly until piping hot throughout.

Caution: Although every effort has been taken to remove all bones, some small bones may remain.
