PREPARATION
For best results cook from frozen. This product contains raw fish therefore ensure it is thoroughly cooked and piping hot before serving.
- Deep Fry: Deep Fry at 180°C/350°F for:
- 80-110g 3-5 minutes
- 110-140g 4-6 minutes
- 140-170g 5-7 minutes
- 170-200g 6-8 minutes
- Oven: Bake at 220c Gas Mark 7 for 17 mins
