Crispy Cod Goujons
Frozen Raw skinless, deboned natural cod fish goujon, coated in light crispy batter.
PREPARATION
For best results cook from frozen , we reccomend that this product is deep fried.
- Deep Fry: Preheat oil to 180 degrees celsius. Deep Fry frozen fish for 4-5 minutes or until golden brown.
- Oven: Preheat oven to 220 degrees celsius (Gas Mark 7). Place frozen fish on a pre-heated baking rack and bake for 16-18 minutes or until golden brown, turning over halfway through cooking.
