- Whole: Remove all packaging including the foil container, place on a serving platter, cover and defrost under refrigeration (8°C or below) for approximately 12 hours
- Portion: Remove portion from foil, then place the portion on a plate, cover and defrost under refrigeration (8°C or below) for approximately 3 hours.
