Two chocolate sponge layers filled with layers of chocolate flavour mousse. The top and sides are coated with chocolate flavour coating and decorated with vermicelli in varying proportions

Defrost prior to serving.
Defrosting Instructions
- Whole:Remove all packaging, place on a serving platter, cover and defrost under refrigeration (8°C or below) for approximately 8 hours. This product may show signs of sugar bloom during storage, when frozen. This will disappear when the product has fully defrosted prior to serving.
- Portion: Place the portion on a plate, cover and defrost under refrigeration (8°C or below) for approximately 2 hours.
